REQUIREMENTS

BEFORE THE FUNCTION :
- Confirm all outstanding information, changes or maps not yet provided.
- Advise us of any restrictions imposed by the venue / priest / other.

INVITATION CARD, PHOTO'S & CREDITS :
- These are to be supplied to our studio no later than one week prior to the event date.
- Should this not occur, we will automatically assume that they are not required & will exclude them
. from the video.
- Photographs must be numbered in the correct order. Baby photos must have names / initials.
- Credit Lists can be provided at the end of the Video if they are so requested and must be supplied typed,
.. so as to avoid titling errors ...... if such request or the supplied list is not received, Credits will be excluded
.. from the Video.

SEATING / MEALS :
- As our staff are Professionals working for you continuously in excess of 8 hours on the day, it is normal courtesy
..to have seating and a meal provided for them.

COMPLETION OF SERVICES :
- All services will be completed ready for collection within 4 - 8 weeks from the event date.
